Holly Jolly Jingle Robot

Another year almost over!  I'm going to visit Tokyo one more time this holiday season.  Next year I'm staying put!  Excited to visit some animators and friends, going to miss my family and cousins back home.  Sorry guys!  ;_;

Here, have a Samus.  She's a poster that comes with the Bad Dudes Metroid arrange album.

METROID ALBUM!

There is also a poster from Steph Laberis, and a comic by Maximo!  Goodies!

I'll post back in a couple of weeks.  I can't wait till summer...
Happy Holidays!

Frock-a-lock

"Lock Frock" is for the "Shave and a Haircut" show at Monkey House Toys, this Saturday, March 19th.

I'm planning on donating money made from the piece for Japan. It's been utterly heartbreaking seeing the news of what is happening in that country. Everyone was so nice and friendly when I visited in January. I'm very relieved to know my friends there are safe.
Currently, I am going thru artwork to put up for auction donation. More details soon.

"Banana Cat Sundae" was originally for my "Girly Poo" iPhone/iPad app. It's 5x7, and will be available at Q Pop's "Help Japan Art Fundraiser".

Tokyo and 2011!

Survived Tokyo, and Comiket. The trip was amazing! Met up with a lot of nice people, took a lot of photos. We walked everywhere, took the train everywhere, so much to look at. Now it's a new year, and there is already many things happening!

First up, I will be at Wonder Con, at the Immedium booth. That will also be the earliest anyone can get their hands on "Billie the Unicorn". The book will be out early April, but my publisher will have early copies at the convention. Later in April, I will be at Anaheim Comic Con!

I saw "Tangled" before heading to Tokyo. A barefoot princess with a frying pan!
Why didn't I draw the frying pan?! BOOOO!!
Lots of well crated animated movies in 2009! Gave me the warm fuzzies, and stuff.

Wouldn't this make an awesome racing game, a'la Mario Kart? ....and now for some Tokyo photos, under the cut!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Hope everyone is having a safe and relaxing weekend.
I made one last marker video, and there is a suprise at the end!
The music is by Keiko Takamura and the Shebangs. Keiko was nice enough to give me permission to use her music in the video. If you'd like to hear more, please checkout keikotakamuraandtheshebangs.bandcamp.com
There is an official music video for this song too! Grayscale video

So Billie is done and in the can. A can of marvelous magical mystery meat. Figuring out some exclusives for people who preorder directly from Immedium, and also will be doing some readings. 2011 is going to be busy and exciting!!

I'm heading to Comiket in Tokyo this Tuesday, and will be gone for awhile. I made some sketchbooks to take with me to treade with friends. There will also be much photo taking!
Enjoy the last week of 2010 everybody!
