Jimmy Crack Corn

Last week, my little brother got married!  I didn't have a lot of time to pack, and forgot my camera, but the wedding planner took some wonderful photos.  She's awesome!

I did draw my brother's wedding invite, but never checked with him if I could post it.  He is a shy one.

This past weekend, I drew mindlessly, got an oil change on my car finally, and dropped off sketchbooks at Stuart Ng for San Diego Comic Con.  I drew a sketch sticker in each one.  :)  

Next week's post will be for SDCC.

Been stressed out about the dumbest things, but I guess if no one else is worried, then I won't either.

It's been awhile since I've felt comfortable to just sketch.  There is always something important I should be drawing, or fixing, and that doesn't leave much time for brain wandering.  Then drawing becomes a chore, and a job.  

Luckily, it's getting back to normal.  Time to start figuring out another book.

Sparkle and shine

Brain is in two different places right now. Sketched this real quick on the Cintiq. I am not dead, just insanely busy, brains melting out of my ears.
Oh yeah. I've been getting alot of emails (more like spambots, or form letters) asking me to put ads up on my blog to sell things like Ugg boots, art contests that seem a little odd, and other things I am personally not interested in. I link to friends and things I want to share with others, that's all.

Other than being attacked by a small Naruto child with a packet of mustard in the hallway, and the insane crowds, I actually had alot of fun. I met alot of nice people, phenomenal artists, and just enjoyed being somewhere other than LA. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who gave me signings and doodles, I wish I could scan them all in. My brain is currently regenerating, but I think it was worth it. Sorry to anyone I missed, it was so huge, and people weren't always at their booths, but you have to go to the bathroom and shower sometime. So, GOOD JOB! Anyways...

I went and saw "The Labyrinth" Monday night, and then picked a friend up from the airport tonight. We went to dinner and I draw. Owww....my brain is still not working.
