I live in Holland and here they sell Slush Puppy @ (fun)fair & some snack counters. If I'm right, they sometimes use the image of the puppy you posted :). Other times there's only a sign with the words "Slush Puppy"... boooooring!

I haven't had a Slush Puppie in years, I've only seen them at "Bob's Korner", but apparantly they are big in Europe. My favorite was the Lemon-Lime.
LFW- Nothing wrong with inbred farmers, without food society would fall apart. Unless you hate civilization I guess.

I remember when I first had a slush puppie, it rocked my world at the age of six. It was that great mix between ice and soft-drink, but it was ice that wasn't in cubes! since then for 10 years I searched for that mysterious drink again, not knowing what it was at the time, lol.
