Beam me up!

Spock x Kirk humpback whales!
This is for the "Beam Me Up: Star Trek Tribute" art show taking place at Q Pop store in Los Angeles.
February 16th, 7pm, there will be space surprises and grilled cheese sandwiches!
with the artists list and more.

"Bad Ending, Try Again"
Sketchbook doodle, and trying out the vine app!

If anyone sees the original artwork for this, please know it was stolen.
The post office delivered it, and it was stolen from the doorstop of Amy's voice artist right before Christmas.
I'm hoping they didn't open it expecting to find something expensive, and threw it in the trash,
but if you do see this, please punch that jerk in the face for me.
These take me a bit of time to do, and it was a gift also.
Thanks Christmas Scrooge.

Left Overs

Time for left over and forgotten doodles

Old cupid girl

Forgotten Harpy drawing found in a sketchbook from a couple of years ago.  This was probably supposed to go in the ECCC 2012 sketchbook.  Oh well.

...and some quickly scanned Space Unicorn sketches

At the end of the rainbow, there is a surprise!

Random Encounter

Maybe this Saturday morning,
Amethyst Level 3
"Random Encounter"
Storyboarded by Valerie Fletcher
Monster of the week designed by Thomas Perkins
and the same crazy crew doing the rest.
It's always nice to relax after fighting slimes.

Just realized every DC Short ever made is a random encounter.
(also no previews released yet, and not really any spoilers here, please don't hit me.)

Village of the Frogs

This Saturday, the second Amethyst short airs on DC Nation.
This one was storyboarded by Chrissy Delk!

BG Layout by Valerie Kung
BG color by Mari Hosaka
Props by Mary Hoffman
Character color by Claire Lenth
Character Designs by Claire and I
Also extra guidance from Ben Jones
For how short these are, design and prep wise we might as well be making a 10 minute episode.

For some reason, I'm still fighting some nasty flu/cold/ebola.
Here's some left overs from the past month or so.

Harpy

These people.
