This was from the week of birthdays awhile ago. One of my friends is a walking encyclopedia on Sailor Moon. I am without the monies. So I made this instead of buying nice chocolates, bubble bath, or toys. It is wonky. Blah! Next post will not be bad anime fanart/FArt. Here is some awesomey Sailor Moon art by Miss Katie Shanahan.
